Omuthiya Town Council will be selling erven with different zones by means of the Offer to Purchase (OTP) method of sale.
- 4 x General residential erven with the erf sizes ranging between 4000 m2 to
- 10 000 m2 with upset price starting from N$ 731 136.32 to N$ 1 567 491.52
- 6 x Business erven with erf sizes ranging between 1300 m2 to 2000 m2 with upset price starting from N$ 218 000.00 to N$ 1 300 000.00
- 9 x Office erven zoned with erf sizes ranging between 1200 m2 to 1400 m2 with upset price starting from N$ 159 820.00 to N$ 176 457.00.
- 6 x Institutional erven with erf sizes ranging between 2000 m2 to 9000 m2 with upset price starting from N$ 292 383 to N$ 463 099.00
- 28 x Residential erven with erf sizes ranging between 700 m2 to 1000 m2 with upset price starting from N$ 104 000 to N$ 144 000.00

Some Conditions of Sale
- Only Namibians individuals
- Or Namibian register companies and organizations
- Maximum one (1) Erf per bidder
- Residential erven only for first-time buyers
- Council reserves the right to alienate the above-listed erven at its discretion.
- Prospective buyers must not have any outstanding and/ arrears account with Council.
- All properties are sold ‘voetstoots’.
- No email or fax applications will be accepted.
